Varsity Men’s Basketball Struggle in Preseason

The Varsity Men’s basketball team finished their preseason games with a disappointing showing in the Piedmont Tournament. The Mustangs were defeated¬†by¬†Bentley (53-33), Gateway (55-52), and Berean Christian (51-38). The Varsity and JV Lady Mustang basketball teams beat Roseland Prep to register their first win in league play. The Varsity won by the score of 51-26 and the JV 22-20. The Mustangs traveled north and south for basketball tournaments this past weekend. The Lady Mustangs went south to San Francisco and played to a sucessful conclusion in the Urban Tournament.
